Soon after graduating from Miami University with a degree in Business Administration, I was hired by a distributor to sell automotive aftermarket products to auto dealers. I eventually became president of that company and spent over ten years working with dealerships to improve their profits through aftermarket programs. This gave me a unique opportunity to gain insight with regards to all the departments within a dealership.
As the aftermarket industry began to shrink,
I researched other business opportunities and
in 1989 I started Automotive Careers. Over the years, I have placed over 1,000 candidates in the retail automotive industry
