I started my professional career following my graduation from John Carroll University with a degree in Psychology and Personnel Management. I have thirty-four years of Human Resource Managerial experience. Much of that time I have performed recruiting campaigns for key personnel.
Prior to becoming a professional recruiter, I worked for one of the largest, family owned dealership groups in the Midwest. At that dealership group I was Vice President of Human Resources for nine years, Director of Parts and Service for one year (Chevrolet) and General Manager for one year (Ford, Lincoln, Mercury).
My many years of human resource experience allows me to also help you solve many of your personnel and training needs.
